You may be no stranger to self-styled objective people in society. They like to form cliques, take sides and elbow out others. It is their way of life to judge others by themselves and exclude those who hold different views from themselves. We are educated to look at problem as comprehensively as possible from an objective perspective, but no one can be completely objective due to the impact of environment, knowledge, character, resources and so on. In fact, it is a subjective illusion to think that you can be completely objective. It is narrow-minded for a man to call himself a benchmark and a standard, and to define the reasonableness of all existence in terms of his dimension of consciousness. They, like a mirror, look at the world in a dim and stubborn manner. In that limited geometry is the “objective world”, a colored “egoless” and “real” world he thinks from his limited perspective. The society will eventually create an opportunity to break people’s assumptions about “objectivity”.

I created a unique character “Mirror Man” as the core character of my creation. The creation script centered on Mirror Man is scenic and fragmented. I tried to use a set of scenes to reflect the process of Mirror Man’s transition from “objective” blind assumptions and arrogance to self-doubt. This is also the experience of many people.
